Who we are
Agata Oleksiak is a senior instructional designer, trainer, and consultant. As the eLearning Consultant lead at Creative Leap and Complete Learning Solutions, she is leading a team of skilled designer contractors.
Creative and unique training provision is Agata’s passion. Masters Degrees in both Fine Art and Design and Adult Education, as well as over fifteen years' experience in publishing, graphic design, and instructional design, make her the perfect person to create an original training solution for your organisation.
With the experience of being a tutor and trainer herself (at institutions such as the University of Torun and Dunlaoghaire Institute of Art, Design, and Technology), as well as experience in corporate training, Agata understands how to develop resources that truly elevate the training experience.
Agata dedicates her free time to looking after her Kiwi partner, young daughter, two cats, chickens, and the garden.
Who we are
Beryl Oldham is the managing director of Creative Leap and Complete Learning Solutions. She has over 30 years’ experience in organisational learning and development, and before moving into L&D consulting in 2013, she held senior generalist HR, organisational development, and learning and development roles in a range of government, local body, and corporate organisations.
During this time her experience spanned workforce planning, technical/professional and leadership/management competency frameworks, performance management systems, learning design, training systems management and evaluation, and measuring the return on investment (ROI) of human resources, training, and other organisational initiatives.
Beryl holds a Master of Business Studies degree majoring in Human Resource Management. She is a Certified ROI Professional® and the New Zealand business partner for Drs Jack and Patti Phillips of the ROI Institute®, and also holds AQF certificates in Training Systems Management and Training Evaluation, and the NZQA Certificate in Adult Education and Training (Level Five). She was the 2014 recipient of the NZATD Education Trust’s Learning and Development Practitioner of the Year Award.
Beryl is a Distinguished Fellow of HRNZ, a Life Fellow of NZATD, and a Fellow of the Learning Performance Institute (LPI).
